A CLOGGED FOG OR HAZE MACHINE IS RELATIVELY COMMON AND ONE COULD ARGUE THAT CLOGGED MACHINES ARE THE NUMBER ONE REASON FOR MACHINE FAILURE.

SO LET ME GIVE YOU SOME TIPS ON HOW TO ASSIST BY OFFERING SOME TRICKS TO FIX THESE ISSUES.  PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PERFORM THIS PROCEDURE UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.  WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY IF THESE PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED CORRECTLY or carried out by a qualified technician.  MAKE SURE TO WEAR GLOVES AND EYE PROTECTION AS WELL.

WARNING! FIRST DO NOT DO THIS WITH A HOT MACHINE!  YOU MUST FIRST LET THE MACHINE COOL DOWN ALL THE WAY!  WHICH IF IT WAS ON PREVIOUSLY MAY TAKE SEVERAL HOURS FOR THE HEATING CORE TO COOL.

1.  oNCE THE HEATING ELEMENT IS COOL, GET YOURSELF A SYRINGE WITHOUT A NEEDLE ON IT (10ml WORKS AND CAN GET AT ANY PHARMACY FOR FREE).  yOU WILL NEED TO FILL THE SYRINGE WITH DISTILLED WATER AND SET IT ASIDE..

2.   LOCATE THE HEATER CORE IN YOUR MACHINE, It's USUALLY THE BIG BLACK BOX IN THE MACHINE OR A COIL OF TUBING WITH SOME INSULATING MATERIAL AROUND IT.  MAKING SURE THE POWER IS OFF OR UNPLUGGED fIND THE CLEAR VINYL OR SILICONE CLEAR TUBING THAT IS PLUGGED INTO A HARD LINED COPPER TUBE RUNNING INTO THE HEATING ELEMENT.  tHIS IS YOUR FOG FLUID INPUT LINE TO THE HEATING ELEMENT.

3.  TAKE, YOUR 10MIL SYRINGE AND FILled WITH DISTILLED WATER.. PLUG THE SYRINGE INTO THE SILICONE TUBE AND PRESS THE WATER INTO THE HEATING ELEMENT.  YOU MAY NEED TO DO THIS A FEW TIMES UNTIL YOU FEEL RESISTANCE WHEN PRESSING IN THE WATER.  THIS IS WHERE YOUR CLOG IS.

4.  TRY TO PRESS HARDER SO YOU PUT PRESSURE ON THE CLOG. I LIKE TO SUCK THE WATER BACKWARDS BY PULLING ON THE PLUNGER OF THE SYRINGE TO CREATE A KIND OF BACKFLOW THEN IMMEDIATELY PRESS DOWN ON THE PLUNGER AGAIN.  DOING THIS A FEW TIMES WILL BUST THRU THE CLOG AND WATER SHOULD COME OUT THE NOZZLE OF THE MACHINE. IF NOT, SOMETIMES LETTING THE WATER SIT ON THE CLOG FOR AN HOUR OR SO WILL SOFTEN THE CLOG SO THAT YOU CAN EASILY PRESS DOWN AND POP THE CLOG OUT

5.  IF YOU DO GET THE CLOG OUT MAKE SURE YOU KEEP PRESSING MORE AND MORE WATER THRU THE HEATING BLOCK TILL YOU SEE ONLY CLEAN WATER COMING OUT OF THE MACHINES NOZZLE.

6.  HOOK EVERYTHING BACK UP THE WAY YOU FOUND IT AND PLACE THE COVER ON THE MACHINE AND PLUG IT IN AND SEE IF YOU MANAGED TO CLEAR THAT STUBBORN CLOG!
